Meet the owner of Foley Wellness Center...
Dr. Matthew Hoffman
Dr. Matthew Hoffman, D.C. has owned and practiced at Foley Wellness Center since 2014. Dr. Hoffman discovered chiropractic health care after a low back injury sustained during a high school basketball game. Quickly realizing the value in the preventative health care model of chiropractic, he continued to receive Chiropractic Manipulative Therapy (CMT) on a regular basis.
As a three sport team captain and varsity letter-winner in high school and two sport athlete at SJU, he never missed another game. He credits the patient education inherent in chiropractic health care for teaching him not only what was wrong but also how it could be helped and, most importantly, methods to employ in preventing the same conditions and issues from recurring. This is why he has pursued additional certification in Functional Movement Screening (FMS), a tool used by top-tier collegiate and professional athletic programs.
Dr. Hoffman’s mission as a doctor of chiropractic is simple:
To provide outstanding chiropractic health care and patient education tailored towards the needs of each individual patient.
He has worked professionally as a chiropractic physician both in Minnesota and for a free, mobile health care clinic located in Costa Rica. Dr. Hoffman has seen chiropractic change lives, offer hope and connect people in ways he would have deemed unfathomable before experiencing them first-hand.
An avid hiker, camper, outdoors aficionado, and weekend-warrior athlete, Dr. Hoffman offers an approach designed to HELP you meet your health care goals, not define them.
